Having recently left Glasgow where I’ve lived for 12 years, I wanted to make this mix a bit about the city. Not your average bleak Glasgow imagery.

I was going to call the mix sauchiehall withdrawal after the golden teacher track named after the famous rowdy Glasgow street. Babylon cutz was an occasional bad hair salon we used to do on the tenement stoop. The mix has lots of Glasgow disco sounds and other things I saw or heard first in the city. Golden Teacher, Luar Domatrix, LAPS, general Ludd and Dick 50 are some of the bands. Warm wishes and dreams of a beautiful city to hold all of the free spirits and desires. A great pleasure to spend the whole of my 20’s chilling with this music and these people.
